Ok, we all know that every website out there has some sort of bug or problem or something. So to keep things smooth here with bugs and errors, here are some tips that could help so you dont have to post here right away.

1. My page isnt loading right!
Sometiems if you are going to a page, it wont load everything on there. So one method you could use is just try refreshing the page. If that doesnt work, you could have a lot of other windows open. Try closing a few you arent really using. If neither of those work, always try restarting your computer.


2. I Need To Log In TWICE!
This is more of a problem with your computer more than with Universe, all you have to do is delete all of your cookies concerning the Marriland site.
"BUT HOW THE HECK DO I DO THAT!?!?"
There are two ways to access your cookies, you can delete them all manually, or automatically:

Manually: Go into "My Computer" and open up Your C: Drive (or whatever you have your default drive as), go into Windows and then go into Internet Files (If it's not in your Windows folder, go back and go into Control Panel)
In the Internet Files Folder, open up the folder named Cookies (A Cheat way is to search your computer for the folder "cookie" or "cookies"), then select all of the cookies and delete them OR only delete the cookies with Megaman Universe in its name.

Automatically: Go to either your Control Panel or Menu Bar at the top and open up "Internet Options" (on your menu bar it's under tools)
Find the setting concerning cookies and files (usually on the first Configuration window you see) and click on the button. Your computer will ask you if you would like to delete all temporary internet files on your computer or just the cookies (check the box), and then click ok. TADA!!

3. My Sig Has Been Cut Off!
Not a Bug - this is merely signature restriction going into effect. Due to some members abusing (and I mean abusing - some sigs were 800 pixels vertically, which is the size of most monitors) Signatures, M.U. (Megaman Universe) introduced signature restrictions to stop the abuse. You now can only have a signature 300 pixels in vertical height.

So, if your signature is cut off, then you will have to resize it. This news was made in a recent Forum Announcement, for all to see. So, if your sig has been cut off, its not a bug, its entirely intended.

4. My age is changed/ I can't select my Avatar!

This happens whenever you go into the avatar gallery and select an avatar. The forums WILL reset your birthday to the default, January 1, 1970. Also there is an error message when attempting to select one of the avatars in the Gallery. To get around that do this:

Go into the gallery > pick the image you want (don't select it!) > Right-click and Go to Properties > Copy the URL of the image > Go back to your profile editing screen (Either through the top or hitting back) > Enter the url address you copied into the "Link to offsite avatar" box, and then you should have the Avatar with no error message.

Then reset your birthdate when you''ve got the avatar you want, and you'll be all set. Now the forums won't change your age :3
